What To Expect During Your First Visit To The Studio

If you are coming to the studio for the FIRST TIME, you will be required to fill out some paperwork for your membership, so please arrive approximately 15-20 min. before your initial session time. However, in order to save time, the membership guidelines, waiver and a wellness questionnaire will be sent to you via email upon booking your first appointment. Please be sure to read it fully ahead of time and send the questionnaire back prior to your first appointment. Please also be sure to read sections, "How To Properly Prepare For Your Sessions CLICK HERE" and "What Is a Herxheimer Reaction CLICK HERE" before booking your appointment with the studio, so that you will have a full understanding of what to expect. The membership guidelines/waiver must be signed and witnessed by one of our studio facilitators which can be done on the same day of your first session.

If coming for a sauna session, we recommend that all of our members take a shower after their session (if you should sweat), therefore please expect your half an hour session to last anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour. All sessions are available by appointment only. We DO NOT accept any walk-ins and your session must be pre-booked, paid and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, unless other arrangements have been made with one of the studio facilitators directly. Once a session has been paid, you can not cancel your session for refund, however if given a reasonable amount of time (approximately 48 hours) you can reschedule your session for another time slot. At this time we will be accepting cash, e-transfers and we are currently working to be able to accept credit cards which can be paid by requesting a PayPal invoice before your session. The best way to do this at this time is to send us an email with all the sessions/packages or products that you are interested in, we will create an invoice and get back to you with a total cost. From there, you will be required to pay for the invoice before your sessions or before you receive your products to secure your time slot/products. We are a small home-based studio and this is the best and most economical way to offer these services to you.

Doing it this way allows us to keep the studio prices affordable, in hopes of being able to reach and share these wonderful tools with a wider range of potential clients. Again, like many who are trying to make a difference in this world, our primary goal is to create a sense of happiness and love with whatever gifts we possess while still being able to make what is necessary to continue this mission of love and light!
